Responsibilities
Hang, tape, texture, and finish drywall to a high standard
Repair flood, fire, and demolition damage with precision
Install doors, trims, hardware, and bath accessories
Read scope, execute cleanly, and move efficiently
Work independently while contributing to a team environment
Maintain a clean, professional jobsite
Use power tools safely, effectively, and daily
Qualification
Required
5+ years professional carpentry experience
Strong drywall repair and finishing background required
Valid driver's license and clean DMV record
Own basic tools (company provides vehicle and heavy equipment)
Professional communication skills with customers and teammates
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
Ability to problem-solve on the fly
High integrity and strong work ethic
Preferred
Experience with basic plumbing repairs highly preferred
Restoration / reconstruction experience is a major plus
