Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
Build out and develop the sales department across multiple locations as they are added
Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster (looking to build out the current team and will develop the teams at new locations)
Lead initial training and ongoing development programs for all sales personnel
Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
Lead sales meetings and one on ones
Responsible for enhancing, developing, and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Utilize home improvement tools to effectively identify and address operational weaknesses
Monitor sales metrics and performance and provide regular feedback to the team, offering continuous coaching and mentoring to optimize performance and professional growth
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales leadership experience within the home improvement industry
Experience managing a team of 8+ sales reps
Proven experience growing a successful sales team
Strong understanding and experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
