Responsibilities

Drive large cross-functional efforts to build features ground-up
Partner with engineering management to oversee all aspects of projects
Define, schedule, prioritize, track, measure and communicate status up to exec levels
Identify and mitigate risks, remove road blocks and facilitate communication between teams
Lead efforts across teams representing multiple layers of the software stack as well as other cross-functional partners
Lead and develop new processes and ideas when it makes sense to re-evaluate

Required

8+ years of hands-on engineering or project / program management experience
Deep knowledge of embedded SW / systems SW (low level software, device drivers, and/or pre-silicon)
Experience putting together structure and schedules to mitigate ambiguity
Experience aligning teams around architecture, milestones, and execution plans

Preferred

Extraordinary verbal/written communication skills, ability to distill information for the project goals
Self-motivated, collaborative, curious, pro-active with demonstrated critical thinking capability
Great attention to detail
