The Engineering Manager, Growth will lead complex payment infrastructure and oversee rigorous AB testing to define the future shape of the business.
Responsibilities
Managing engineers and cross-functional partners with empathy
Advocating for roadmap time to build great AB test infra and self-serve marketing tools
Communicating concisely and rigorously
Overseeing SEO (and the emergent, hazy domain of LLM SEO)
Building analytics and observability dashboards
Monitoring and improving marketing site performance
Qualification
Required
Deeply experienced in e-comm engineering and marketing tech
Empathetic leader who has deeply internalized cultural values: Autonomy, Rigor, and Care
Managing engineers and cross-functional partners with empathy
Advocating for roadmap time to build great AB test infra and self-serve marketing tools
Communicating concisely and rigorously
