Sales & Intake Manager
New Frontier Immigration Law is a fast-growing, mission-driven law firm dedicated to humanitarian-based immigration solutions. The Sales & Intake Manager will lead client acquisition and intake operations, drive revenue through sales strategies, and manage a high-performing team to ensure effective legal representation for immigrants.

Responsibilities
Drive client acquisition through inbound and outbound sales strategies
Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
Manage and optimize the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to retention
Conduct consultations with potential clients to qualify cases and build trust
Create and present compelling proposals and fee agreements aligned with firm standards
Oversee the entire client intake journey, ensuring a high conversion rate from lead to signed client
Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and case evaluation
Collaborate closely with legal teams for seamless case handoffs and communication
Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical requirements throughout the intake process
Lead, coach, and develop a team of intake specialists and sales representatives
Establish clear performance goals, conduct regular coaching, and maintain accountability
Host team meetings and training sessions to uphold client communication excellence
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, lead response times, and client acquisition costs
Deliver clear, data-driven insights to leadership through weekly and monthly performance reports
Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and process efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bilingual: English and Spanish required
Proven record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Clio Grow, Lawmatics)
Strong understanding of legal ethics and client confidentiality
Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a hybrid (remote + in-office) environment
Preferred
5+ years of sales management experience (legal services preferred)
