The Director of Advanced Analytics will lead the Awareness and Adherence Analytics and Reporting team, collaborating with various departments to provide strategic analytics expertise and enhance program performance for pharmaceutical clients.

Responsibilities

Working in combination with our internal Marketing Analytics team, and other third-party analysis vendors, lead the evolution of how we measure, report, and share meaningful insights; through compelling storytelling and data visualization, tailored and contextualized to the target audience, you will help strengthen the presentation of ROI and program performance analyses
Provide pre-program launch guidance to Program Operations to ensure effective program set-up rules and Test and Control groups for ROI and performance measurement
Partner with Business Development as the analytics subject matter expert. Act as a translator in client meetings, to bridge the technical expertise that underlies the complex analyses program performance analyses with a goal of surfacing insights that show value to our clients, and that will inform and optimize future campaigns
Partner with Product Development to provide guidance on analytics methodology related to improving existing products and services, as well as new product entrants
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to ensure strong team performance, including coaching non-technical colleagues. Foster productive cross-functional relationships, resolve conflicts, and set priorities. Perform leadership functions such as interviewing candidates, conducting performance reviews, addressing performance issues, applying disciplinary actions when necessary, and managing staffing and workload distribution as the team grows
Engage directly with customers to deliver ad hoc analyses, provide unique program insights, and serve as the subject matter expert in Analytics
Assist in the development and implementation of the enterprise data platform
Promote data literacy and cultivate analytics expertise across the Enterprise Analytics team

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or another applied quantitative field
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience leading and managing an analytics team, including at least 7 years in the healthcare industry or in analytics
Consulting or professional services management experience
Experience in a client-facing consultative analytics role within pharmaceutical industry or point of care services
Experience / familiarity with media mix modeling
Strong understanding of data structures, business intelligence, advanced data science, and statistical modeling methodologies
Working knowledge of SQL, business intelligence tools, and statistical programming (such as Python)
Working knowledge of business intelligence and statistical programming tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and similar technologies
Ability to actively listen and communicate key issues respectfully
Able to navigate complex organizational dynamics related to policies, processes, and people
Takes initiative with strong bottom-line orientation and remains persistent despite challenges
Builds strong internal and external customer connections and delivers customer-focused solutions
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and training consistent with ConnectiveRx's Information Security and Compliance programs, including SOC1, SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA
