Responsibilities
Work directly in tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, Replit, Lovable, or similar environments to create fast 0→1 functional prototypes
Iterate rapidly on our existing product and deeply shape how analysts interact with Mercata’s knowledge graph
Work tightly with the CEO and CTO, embed directly with users, and drive short, fast feedback loops
Bring clarity to complex workflows, simplify where others add noise, and help define a product that feels inevitable in hindsight
Qualification
Required
genuine front-office capital markets experience
ability to work directly in tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, Replit, Lovable, or similar environments
experience creating fast 0→1 functional prototypes
ability to iterate rapidly on existing products
experience embedding directly with users
ability to drive short, fast feedback loops
ability to bring clarity to complex workflows
ability to simplify complex processes
strong opinions about what works and what doesn't for professional investors
ability to translate complex workflows into elegant, functional interfaces
