Kansas City Public Schools is seeking a Noon Duty Aide to support staff and students during lunch periods. The role involves monitoring student activities, managing the cafeteria setup, and ensuring a safe environment during meal times.

Responsibilities

Assist children when entering the cafeteria during their lunch period in an orderly fashion

Receive children from the classroom teachers for the lunch period

Make sure each child receives utensils, milk, juice, and other supplies

Assure that children empty their trays when finished

Assure the children line up for recess or next activity at the appointed time

Assist as needed or instructed by the Administrator

Must report 30 minutes prior to the first lunch session and remain 30 minutes after the last session to ensure the cleanliness and order of the cafeteria
