Responsibilities
Design and build reliable backend services and APIs
Develop frontends with React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and MobX (or similar)
Build and deploy cloud-based applications (AWS or Azure; Docker/Kubernetes)
Drive improvements in system scalability, resilience, and observability
Mentor other engineers and promote clean, maintainable code and testing practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in full stack engineering (one or more of: Python + .NET + modern front end)
Strong database skills (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or equivalent)
Experience with cloud services, containers, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with transportation related solutions, including telematics, IoT, routing optimization, navigation, GPS, etc
Proactive problem solver who loves shipping elegant, practical solutions
Preferred
experience with microservices
