The Business Continuity and Resilience Intern will support the design, implementation, and maturation of business continuity and operational resilience practices, while gaining valuable experience in business administration and risk management.

Responsibilities

Apply knowledge of business practices and processes to ensure compliance across policies and procedures

Evaluate potential threats that could impact the organization

Suggest mitigation strategies to minimize the likelihood and impact of adverse events on organizational operations

Assist in supporting tasks set by various teams under BCR

Analyze and organize area data and content

Perform research

Make recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency

Qualification

Required

Candidates must be working towards a bachelor's degree in the following curriculums: Business, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, MIS, Technology Management, or any other related field

Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)

Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation

Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills

Strong interest in the financial services industry

Knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, charts, and dashboards
