Responsibilities
Develops, implements, and manages online campaigns across social media, email, PPC, and SEO channels
Tracks and reports on KPIs to support brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth
Hands-on experience managing SEO initiatives and paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms
Creates and supports content marketing efforts, builds email campaigns, and produces basic video content for digital channels
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) to create digital assets, social graphics, ads, and other marketing materials
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and platform reporting tools
Able to coordinate timelines, manage deliverables, and collaborate effectively across departments
Strong written and verbal communication skills for campaign messaging, content development, and team interactions
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and other digital marketing tools
Qualification
Required
Analytical and creative thinking
Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
Creative Adobe Suite experience (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere)
Experience shooting, editing, and publishing videos
Exposure to Google Analytics
Customer-oriented approach
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening
Preferred
Experience in the transportation and automotive industries
BS/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
Experience with Google AdWords
