Responsibilities

Collect, validate and analyze EHS data from multiple internal and external sources
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and metrics used to communicate performance trends and insights to leadership
Identify patterns, root causes and improvement opportunities in incident, audit, risk, training and compliance data
Help support the timely execution of EHS compliance calendar tasks
Serve as the system owner and subject matter expert for the EHS digital toolset to include system configuration, permissions, liaison with software provider, workflows and data structures
Oversee data quality, including periodic audits and cleanup of records
Assist in monitoring compliance with federal, state and local EHS requirements
Support EHS program initiatives by providing accurate data for decision making and performance tracking
Participate in the rollout of EHS policies/procedures, projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

5+ years of experience in EHS data, metrics and regulatory requirements
Bachelor's degree in EHS, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with leadership, regulators, front-line staff, and third-party partners
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex information to technical audiences
Experienced with EHS information management systems
Data dashboarding and analytical tools (Foundry, Tableau, Power BI)
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
