Responsibilities
Serving as a key financial advisor to leadership to provide expert leadership and oversight of all budgetary functions for the Program Executive Office Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors Program Management Office Position, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT)
Analyzing and formulating program requirements to preparing, justifying, and defending complex budgets
Managing budget and funding execution across multiple financial systems (GFEBS, LMP, DTS, CCaRS), proactively identifying and resolving potential budgetary issues
Leading the creation of execution documents, ensuring strict compliance with the FMR, and leveraging advanced statistical analysis to optimize budget data accuracy
Maintaining the integrity and accessibility of all financial documentation on SharePoint
Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Accounting with seven (7) years of experience providing budget analysis for multiple large projects
Eleven (11) years of experience providing budget analysis for multiple large projects
Seven (7) years of military service may be substituted for related experience
Experience with Standard Operations and Maintenance Army Research and Development System (SOMARDS), General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS), Defense Travel System (DTS)
