Responsibilities

Must uphold exceptional customer service standards, demonstrate professional and ethical conduct, and maintain strong verbal and written communication skills
A clean, well-groomed appearance is required at all times
Candidates must be able to understand and adhere to all company policies, including safe driving practices and workplace safety guidelines
Test and balance customer water systems to ensure proper chlorine, pH, and overall water quality levels
Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including cleaning or replacing filters, bulbs for underwater lighting, and other required tasks
Drain and refill hot tubs and swim spas as needed
Maintain an organized and fully stocked inventory of equipment, chemicals, and essential supplies
Use spa vacuums and other tools to clean spa floors and surfaces
Inspect, identify, and repair corrosion, cracks, and leaks in spa walls or floors
Use a telescopic pole and net to remove leaves and debris from water surfaces
Perform product or equipment deliveries when required
Follow best practices for safe driving and proper operation of company-provided vehicles
Maintain accurate manual or electronic records and complete all required daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Collaborate with the service team to deliver exceptional customer service to every Leslie’s customer

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of proper spa cleaning, maintenance techniques, and industry best practices
Strong understanding of spa chemicals, their properties, and safe handling procedures
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
Willingness and ability to work in various weather conditions
Ability to safely operate vehicles to transport materials and equipment

Preferred

Previous experience as a spa technician
