Responsibilities

Work alongside an experienced land use team and lay the legal groundwork for planned subdivisions and developments
Advising prominent homebuilders in Oregon and Washington
Participating in land use hearings as well as appearing and arguing in court
Liaise directly with clients, advising them on land use matters and providing updates on current cases

Qualification

Land use experienceOregon State Bar membershipWashington State Bar membershipJDReal estate transactionsBook of business

Required

3-7+ years of land use experience
Oregon and/or Washington State Bar membership
JD
