Support AWS's network infrastructure
Responsible for AWS’s subsea and terrestrial network transactions
Managing network regulatory and compliance matters
Identifying opportunities for automation and simplification
Implementing scalable mechanisms to recognize these opportunities
Resolving legal issues that arise in commercial relationships
Handling pre-litigation legal disputes
Qualification
Required
2+ years of legal experience
Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context, such as confidentiality, accuracy, and bias prevention
Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
Preferred
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services or equivalent
