Oregon State Credit Union is a reputable credit union in the Northwest, seeking a Real Estate Loan Processor II. In this role, you will have a direct impact on service to members by managing loan documentation and assisting with underwriting and closing processes.

Responsibilities

Obtain, review and prepare documentation for loan files in an accurate, timely manner
Monitor loan progress and assist with the underwriting and closing of loans
Originate and approve home equity loans and lines of credit within your credit granting authority

Qualification

Real estate experienceUnderwriting guidelinesMicrosoft OfficeLoan document programsCommunication skillsTime managementProblem-solving skills

Required

High school diploma or GED equivalent
2 years of real estate experience required
Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and loan document programs required
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Prior experience with secondary market investor underwriting guidelines
