Account Manager - Commercial Lines Insurance
Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is a long-standing and well-respected insurance organization known for its integrity, teamwork, and people-first culture. They are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to oversee a high-volume portfolio of small commercial accounts, manage renewals, handle policy changes, and resolve billing questions.

Responsibilities
Manage a book of small commercial accounts (approx. $2M in annual premium)
Oversee renewals, amendments, endorsements, and billing inquiries
Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy across all client transactions
Partner with underwriters and agency teams to deliver timely, professional service
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of commercial lines insurance experience
Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
High integrity and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (on-site Wednesdays & Thursdays; remote otherwise)
Preferred
wholesale experience a plus
