Craft and execute bold, data-driven strategies that position the business unit as a market leader
Identify and implement transformative opportunities, leveraging emerging technologies and market trends

Drive revenue growth, optimize margins and manage budgets with a focus on sustainable success

Qualification
Required
A college graduate with an Engineering or Business Degree
At least 3+ years of experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Entrepreneurial mindset: think like an owner, take calculated risks and challenge conventional wisdom
Executive presence with ability to influence from front-line to C-suite
Technical fluency: advanced analytics, modern tech stack, expert financial modeling
Willingness to travel around the world 30-35% of the time
An excellent communicator who can articulate complex data clearly and persuasively
Able to work with ITAR products and related data without restriction
