Responsibilities

Support the Engineering & Maintenance department by managing digital files, preventive maintenance programs, and key administrative systems

Coordinate and assist with facility projects from planning through completion including capital projects, shutdowns, and building systems updates

Ensure regulatory compliance and life-safety standards by maintaining required documentation, participating in safety committees, and developing action plans

Oversee or support emergency response planning, grounds maintenance, equipment specifications, and resource-sharing strategies across the Health System

Help manage budgets, prepare reports, and work with system leaders and outside agencies to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement
