Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Design Director, Senior Designer, and Assistant Designer on seasonal collections
Research trends, fabrics, trims, and colors to inspire design direction
Create technical sketches, CADs, and presentation boards using Adobe Suite
Assist in developing mood boards, color palettes, and seasonal concepts
Support in preparing tech packs, line sheets, and sample development
Maintain design archives, swatch libraries, and digital files
Participate in fittings, take notes, and ensure design intent is communicated to cross-functional teams
Assist with sample management, organization, and communication with factories/vendors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required)
2–4 years of experience in fashion design
Strong sketching, CAD, and rendering abilities
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Experience in contemporary or luxury womenswear
