Maintain CRM activity logs and manage deal follow-through from signed contract to first payment
Collaborate with founders to refine messaging and optimize outreach automations
Qualification
Required
Previous tech-enabled startup experience required
Proven background in B2B or SaaS sales, ideally within startups or recruiting exposure
Access to founder networks, early-stage startups, or venture-backed ecosystems
Excellent communicator — confident, articulate, and relationship-driven
Comfortable in fast-paced, lean environments where initiative equals impact
