Responsibilities
Plan and manage projects based on organizational and technical guidance
Apply project management principles effectively across small to large projects
Collaborate across engineering areas to achieve project goals
Recommend process improvements to enhance team efficiency
Maintain project documentation, including schedules, resource forecasts, and risk logs
Provide clear project status updates and facilitate team communication
Identify and implement mitigation plans for risks and issues
Collect and analyze performance data for reporting and dashboards
Qualification

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
Adaptability and the ability to navigate complex and dynamic ecosystems

Preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in team engagement and decision-making processes
People management experience is a plus
Familiarity with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
Formal project management education (PMP / Scrum Master) preferred
