Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Responsible for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals & performance KPI’s
Receives inbound calls from new and existing customers (up to 50 calls per day)
Place outbound calls to customers in the funnel (up to 50 calls per day)
Following the sales cycle and closing opportunities by selling the benefits, features, and value of the proposed pricing as well as the telecom carrier
Responds to post-sale support issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Experience working with Excel/Word/PDF
Minimum 2 years sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication
Skilled in CRM and digital sales tools
Ability to qualify leads and close deals
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
