Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs

Respond promptly and professionally to guest service and maintenance requests

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to extend the life of property systems

Support the safe operation of fire alarms, emergency exits, sprinklers, and life safety systems

Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and all departments to address maintenance concerns

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company policies

Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal exterior upkeep as needed

Required

Foundational knowledge of building systems: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces

Preferred

Prior experience in hotel or facility maintenance
