Administrative Assistant, Investment Banking

Responsibilities
Perform administrative tasks for a team, including: calendar management for internal and external meetings, manage heavy domestic and international travel arrangements, and complete expense reports
Experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of several team members
Expense report management for several team members, including follow-up & corporate card reconciliation as needed
Experience juggling multiple projects and ability to prioritize
Proactively support the Power & Utilities Investment Banking team in day to day management of scheduling and operations
Must have experience with Salesforce
Participation in the day-to-day running of our Salesforce application, organizing all incoming support requests
Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets and other administrative responsibilities
Provide input into developing and enhancing current processes and procedures. Comprehend and adhere to administrative policies implemented globally
Organize and consolidate information from multiple systems and utilize Microsoft Excel to prepare lists/reports for consumption of sales team and leadership; importing/exporting of data between various systems
Role will need to work closely with a Business Lead, cross-functional internal teams, and external clients. The jobholder will need to be comfortable interfacing with external clients in a professional and friendly manner
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience handling confidential information
Experience with space management and planning

Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions

Qualification
Required
Must have 5-10 + years working with a client-facing team in financial services
Strong relationship building capability – friendly, positive, collaborate and assertive
Strong self-awareness and desire to learn, grow and take initiative
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
High level of discretion and ability to manage conflicting priorities
Must have experience with Salesforce
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite
