Responsibilities

Provide the analytical, quantitative and operational support necessary to execute bespoke financing structures

Develop and maintain marketing materials for existing and new product offerings that appropriately reflect current marketing conditions

Work closely with Public Finance bankers and the salesforce force to identify both client needs and design structures to meet those needs

Develop and participate in presentations to municipal and not-for-profit borrowers, as well as domestic and international institutional investors

Work and collaborate with other syndicate desks at Morgan Stanley and externally
