Responsibilities

Install and administer SAS platforms

Apply hotfixes, patches, and perform ongoing platform maintenance

Execute upgrade and migration processes across SAS environments

Install, enable, and configure SAS connectors and solutions

Install and manage SAS licenses

Review and analyze platform logs to identify and resolve errors in collaboration with functional consultants

Provide support on architecture and infrastructure topics (connectivity, firewalls, servers, etc.)

Open and follow up on tickets with SAS Support for incident resolution

Perform periodic reviews of logs and general platform health to proactively prevent issues
