Responsibilities
Maintain client contact and communication to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
Meet compliance, account administration and customer service requirements of accounts while adhering to applicable laws, regulations, policies and governing agreements
Ability to administer account relationships with more complex legal or unique asset responsibilities
Develop new business relationships and additional business opportunities from existing clients
Develop cross-sell opportunities from trust client base for other areas of the Bank
Develop and maintain knowledge and communication of investment guidelines and practices
Assist other Advisors in their development of new business and additional business from existing clients
Responsible for other tasks as assigned by manager or other members of management
Provide support on special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience working with financial and estate planning concepts
Motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills
Able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
Able to work both independently and as an integral part of a team
Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality and integrity Trust Advisor
Service oriented and possess a 'can do' customer-service attitude
Willingness to learn and contribute to company's financial growth and profitability
