Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex transfer pricing projects for financial services clients, including banking, asset management, insurance, and fintech sectors

Build and maintain trusted client relationships, identifying new opportunities and supporting practice development efforts

Guide and mentor junior team members; foster a collaborative, high-performance culture

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Insurance tax/international tax/financial services consulting) to deliver integrated solutions aligned with clients’ business strategies

Contribute to the development and implementation of our practice’s growth strategy, including operational scaling, talent development, and market positioning

Contribute to thought leadership internally and externally through publishing and speaking activities
