Sr. Business Solutions Analyst

Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to frame initiatives: define business value, customer outcomes, and clear success metrics tied to FWCI’s strategic goals and value map. Ensuring every decision creates genuine value
Designs and leads the analysis approach for programs or major domains (discovery plan, stakeholder engagement model, artifact set, decision forums)
Translates strategic goals into actionable portfolios of features, user stories, and process changes, sequenced for incremental value delivery
Establishes and enforce quality standards for requirements, UAT, and release readiness across assigned programs
Oversees UAT strategy and execution across multiple channels, ensuring robust coverage of edge cases, integrations, and business controls
Anticipates operational, data, and compliance impacts and ensure they are accounted for in design, testing, and change/adoption plans
Acts as a proxy for Product Owners or business leads when needed, ensuring decisions align with value, risk, and customer impact
Leads BA communities of practice, training sessions, and playbook improvements to uplift the overall discipline
Identifies and drives enhancements to BA practices, standards, and tools
Demonstrates the broader organizational ecosystem and end-to-end workflows, not just a single project or system
Demonstrates experience defining and using KPIs and metrics to guide decisions and measure success
Knowledge across multiple domains (policy/rating, billing, portals, data/reporting) and the carrier value map
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7–10+ years of progressive business analysis experience in P&C Insurance (or equivalent), including leading large or complex initiatives
Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders, facilitating alignment, and delivering measurable business outcomes
Demonstrated experience defining and using KPIs and metrics to guide decisions and measure success
Preferred
CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or equivalent preferred, not required
