They are seeking a detail-oriented HR and Payroll Coordinator to support payroll and contractor management processes, including payment processing and administrative support for the payroll department.

Responsibilities
Accurately enter and process payments for independent contractors using WorkMarket
Monitor contractor assignments, payment statuses, and resolve payment issues as needed
Provide administrative support to the payroll department in ADP Workforce Now, including data entry, report generation, and record maintenance
Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and payroll-related documentation as needed
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in payment and payroll processes
Oversee intake and routing of all payroll/HR compliance mail—such as garnishment orders, payroll tax letters, and unemployment claim inquiries—and ensure accurate documentation and prompt communication with internal stakeholders
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in human resources, payroll, or related administrative role
Experience with ADP Workforce Now and WorkMarket strongly preferred
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Familiarity with contractor compliance and 1099 reporting is a plus
