As Chief of Staff, you will partner directly with the CEO to enhance the company's operational capacity across various domains, including sales, product, and customer success.

Responsibilities
Maintain full context on what’s in flight – key deals, important hires, or customer escalations – and drive action items so nothing slips
Draft emails, memos, or updates on behalf of the CEO at a level that reflects their own standards
Understand the CEO’s priorities before they even mention it, proactively address blockers, and make sure they walk into every meeting ready
Build systems to track, triage, and address important work as we scale the team and add new functions
Build automations and systems for repetitive work to help the company scale more effectively
Coordinate projects that span across multiple teams and cut operating inefficiencies wherever you find them
Jump into important situations to help address them as they come whether it’s hiring or resolving customer issues
Pick up whatever is most important for the company that week, execute it at high quality, and move on to the next thing
Qualification
Required
Exceptional capacity for work: You can process a high volume of tasks across completely different domains without sacrificing quality
Ambitious with a low ego: You view your work in the context of the bigger picture, and are willing to do anything that needs to get done
Operations and systems builder at heart: You don't just execute—you build the scaffolding that makes execution repeatable
Proactive and high-agency: You don't wait for instructions. You see what needs to happen, figure out how to do it, and make it happen—without needing someone to check your work
Communicate well in all mediums: Whether it's a customer email, an internal update, or an investor memo, you can distill complexity into something sharp, clear, and actionable
Preferred
At least semi-technical, and can build automations or learn new tools quickly
Exceptional with data, both in terms of analyzing data and building lightweight systems to track and manage it
Previous experience at a high-growth startup
Willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes
Thrive in ambiguous environments with rapid context switching
