Service Life Analysis Engineer - Level 2
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Service Life Analysis Engineer for the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) in Fort Worth, Texas. The successful candidate will apply their understanding of Durability and Damage Tolerance analysis using fracture mechanics to support force management activities and ensure safe operation of airframes.

Responsibilities
Using crack initiation and crack growth analysis tools to perform design sizing, DADT updates, Material Review Board (MRB) support, and field dispositions
Development of force management source data to actively manage airframe to ensure safe operation
Development and implementation of Force Structural Maintenance Plans (FSMPs) and Individual Aircraft Tracking (IAT) to support force management activities
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance
Using crack initiation and crack growth analysis tools to perform design sizing, DADT updates, Material Review Board (MRB) support, and field dispositions

Preferred
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in airframe drawings, structural load paths, aircraft structural behavior, fracture mechanics methods, and aircraft maintenance requirements
Strong communication skills
Understanding of Aircraft Structural Integrity Programs under MIL-STD-1530
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work, multi-task, and manage time effectively
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
