Responsibilities

Develop solution architecture (SA) and resolve complex issues in a variety of projects through the implementation of requirements analysis, expertise support, and project supervision

Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts

Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions

Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies

Required

4+ years of experience managing C5 projects, including technical areas such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, mobile IT, cloud computing, biometrics, virtual networking, software application integration, big data, and cybersecurity

3+ years of experience leading teams on C5 projects, resulting in the deployment and fielding of new capabilities and sustainment

TS/SCI clearance

HS diploma or GED

Preferred

Experience collaborating with counterparts in DoD and governmental organizations and at senior levels, where customers and mission areas are supported

Knowledge of DoD IA regulations, standards, guidelines, and RMF applicable to communication activities and DoD acquisition

Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related technical field

Agile Certification, such as Scrum Alliance, Project Management Institute, or ICAgile Certification
