Responsibilities

Lead with Impact: Drive a portfolio of new and evergreen research projects from concept to completion, ensuring excellence in design, data collection, analysis, and reporting

Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted research advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams, providing insights that inform enterprise-wide decisions

Innovate & Inspire: Develop research strategies that push boundaries and deliver actionable recommendations for enhancing donor experiences

Collaborate & Mentor: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners while guiding and supporting research staff

Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Translate complex quantitative and qualitative findings into clear, compelling narratives for senior executives

Required

Bachelor's degree in social sciences (e.g., anthropology, psychology, sociology) required

5–7 years of applied research experience with a proven track record of managing complex projects

Strong proficiency in mixed-methods research design, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools

Exceptional ability to present insights to senior leaders and influence strategic decisions

Skilled in managing teams, prioritizing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with culturally diverse populations

Committed to confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of research

Preferred

Master's degree preferred

Familiarity with databases and SQL preferred

Spanish language skills a plus
