Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for 10–15 brand clients, building trusted partnerships rooted in transparency, insight, and proactive guidance
Develop holistic, action-oriented Amazon & Walmart growth strategies tailored to client goals across content, PDP optimization, search, advertising, supply chain considerations, and marketplace dynamics
Bring a strong POV on 1P vs 3P, channel profitability, customer acquisition, and competitive positioning across retailers
Collaborate closely with our Advertising, Content, and Operations teams to execute integrated strategies that improve visibility, conversion, and profitability
Use data from multiple sources (Ads Console, Seller Central, Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, Walmart Luminate, SQP, Brand Analytics, etc.) to diagnose issues and surface opportunities
Identify weaknesses in PDP content, brand presence, search performance, or operational setup—and create clear, actionable recommendations
Work with the SUG Advertising team to ensure campaigns align with brand goals, budget efficiency, and full-funnel strategy
Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and communicate results and optimizations in a clear, digestible way for clients
Partner on forecasting, growth projections, and incremental sales opportunities
Provide ongoing education to clients on Amazon and Walmart best practices—content, SEO, advertising, measurement, inventory strategy, trends, and evolving platform requirements
Own a realistic upsell quota by identifying smart, high-value opportunities (DSP, creative upgrades, expanded catalog, cross-retailer expansion, etc.)
Support client QBRs, reporting narratives, and strategic roadmapping to promote client retention
Mentor junior team members to strengthen their Amazon and Walmart knowledge, strategic thinking, and client communication skills
Contribute to SOPs, playbooks, and scalable processes that help SUG continue growing efficiently and sustainably

Required

3–5+ years of hands-on experience working with BOTH Amazon and Walmart, preferably with medium-to-large enterprise brands
Deep understanding and proven experience of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Ads Console, and Walmart Seller Center & Supplier Center
Strong knowledge of PDP optimization, content scoring, SEO, keyword strategy, ranking strategy and conversion drivers on both retailers
Experience navigating 1P and 3P environments, including item setup, variation builds, compliance, buy box considerations, and catalog health
Familiarity with Walmart's ecosystem (Walmart Connect, Luminate, content quality guidelines, taxonomy, search requirements)
Experience managing significant Amazon ad spend (ideally $3M+ annually)
Strong understanding of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display; exposure to DSP and AMC is a plus
2–5 years of client management or in-house stakeholder leadership
Proven ability to simplify complex data into clear, compelling insights
Confidence managing executive-level conversations with brand teams
Demonstrated record of upselling, growing accounts, and building long-term partnerships
High commercial IQ—understanding how content, ads, pricing, profit, operations, and ranking all interconnect
Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and performance modeling
Strong project management skills; able to prioritize and move multiple workstreams forward
Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable operating in a fully remote environment
