Annuity Internal Wholesaler
Guardian Life is a company focused on inspiring well-being and providing support and flexibility to its employees. The Internal Wholesaler will partner with Regional Brokerage Directors to enhance Life Brokerage sales distribution and build relationships with clients and key partners in the annuities space.

Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with External Wholesaler to build and manage relationships within territory
Proactively follow up on annuity illustrations and large cases
Initiate sales calls daily to strengthen relationships and provide marketing and sales support
Provide advanced case design support
Work with External Annuity Wholesalers and 3rd party accounts to identify new sales opportunities across product lines
Continually monitor practices of competition and report findings to Management when appropriate
Generate comprehensive reports, presentations and ad hoc special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Life License and FINRA Series 7 or 6 & 63 or 65 required
Demonstrated understanding of the competitive landscape, financial markets, and industry related topics
Knowledge of and experience with annuities – minimum 3 years of wholesaling experience
Strong understanding of competitive marketplace
Proven ability to show leadership in establishing excellent relationships with key support areas inside Guardian
Excellent Relationship Management/Client Relations skills
Demonstrate abilities in time management; including managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines
