They are seeking a Director of Programmatic Partnerships to focus on selling programmatic access to advertising opportunities across their extensive network of venues in the US.

Responsibilities

Execute strategic programmatic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Manage and grow existing programmatic partnerships while identifying and cultivating new opportunities
Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns across various inventory ad formats, devices, and screens
Drive revenue growth through Private Marketplace (PMP) and Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) deals
Provide expert consultation to clients and agencies on programmatic strategies and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams (ad operations, product, marketing) to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders
Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving programmatic landscape, including CTV, Linear, and Digital advertising
Manage a large book of business across a variety of clients and agency accounts
Independently lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
Utilize Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage accounts, analyze data, and create presentations
Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required

8+ years of experience in programmatic sales or strategy at a premium ad-tech publisher, DSP, SSP, or agency
Proven track record of earning, retaining, and growing revenue across various inventory ad formats, devices, and screens, as well as buying models (PMP, PG)
Strong understanding of SSPs, DSPs, and the broader programmatic ecosystem
Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills
Highly analytical, strategic thinker, and problem solver with strong attention to detail
Ability to take a data-driven and consultative approach to maximizing revenue
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
High degree of drive and self-motivation
Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
Pragmatic and able to balance short and long-term needs
Team player with the ability to communicate and translate technical concepts clearly and concisely
Comfortable supporting a large book of business across a wide variety of clients and agency accounts
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented startup environment
Ability to work independently with internal and external teams to make decisions and maintain forward momentum
Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong understanding of Programmatic and its role across CTV, Linear and Digital advertising
Analytical and process-oriented
