Responsibilities
Lead all accounting and finance functions, including general accounting, AP, AR, month-end close, and financial statement preparation
Develop, manage, and report on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to drive informed decision-making across the organization
Oversee administration and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls
Manage and optimize systems including QuickBooks and the ERP system (currently WIN Fashion), ensuring data integrity and effective utilization for operational efficiency
Supervise and develop one direct report (with potential for an additional team member as the department grows)
Partner closely with the COO and broader management team to provide strategic financial guidance and scenario analysis to support brand goals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Controller or Senior Finance Manager, ideally within fashion, apparel, or consumer goods industries
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with ERP systems (WIN Fashion experience is a plus)
Hands-on approach with the ability to operate strategically while managing detailed accounting processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively support, develop, and grow the finance team
