Sporting Kansas City is seeking a Contract Recruiter to provide guidance and support in the application of People Team policies and procedures. The role involves high volume recruiting, candidate relationship management, and collaboration with associates to ensure a positive hiring experience.

Responsibilities

Assist with high volume recruiting for part time, seasonal positions

Establishes and maintains candidate relationships through contacting, listening, inquiring, and following up to develop a personal connection and influence candidate decisions

Develops sourcing strategies and identifies qualified candidates

Facilitates and executes screens and interviews

Manages and updates recruiting tools and documentation

Builds and maintains client and partner relationships

Collaborates with associates to ensure a positive candidate / hiring manager experience

Follows policies, processes, and procedures

Performs other responsibilities as needed

Works in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures

Understands personal role in safeguarding corporate assets. Takes appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of role

Follows Company and Client policies, upholds professional standards, and performs all work in a manner respectful of others

Perform other related tasks as assigned

Required

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in high volume recruiting

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding and changing work environment

Basic knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures

Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar

Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills

Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities
