Partner Services Intern
National Heritage Academies (NHA) is a charter school management company that operates over 100 schools in 9 states. In this role, you will assist in achieving partner services objectives while working closely with various departments and performing tasks related to engagement opportunities, research, and documentation.
Education Management
Responsibilities
Coordinating engagement opportunities between partner schools and elected officials
Researching growth opportunities that align with NHA’s mission and vision
Performing research on pending legislation and other issues as assigned
Assisting in the development of meaningful reports and memos for internal NHA stakeholders
Working with colleagues to prepare representatives for public board meetings
Assist with documentation and organizational tasks related to charter renewals
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Working towards a degree in public administration, political science, communication, education, or business management
An understanding of the process of a public meeting and the legislative process
Communicates well one-on-one, in small groups, and both verbally and in writing
A results-oriented 'go-getter and achiever' who is able to work independently and as a team player
Maintains a high level of organization and time management
Can manage multiple tasks and keep organized
