Responsibilities
Process and manage orders for Lifeline health and safety monitoring devices accurately and efficiently
Maintain and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of necessary equipment and supplies
Coordinate with suppliers, shipping partners, and internal departments to facilitate timely delivery of devices
Verify order details and client information to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving fulfillment issues promptly
Document and track all fulfillment activities to maintain accurate records and support audit requirements
Collaborate with healthcare providers and case managers to support client needs and service continuity
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
Experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain
Proficiency with inventory management systems and order processing software
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
Familiarity with Lifeline or similar personal emergency response systems
Customer service experience in a healthcare or technical environment
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare data security best practices
Ability to use CRM and ERP systems to manage client and order information
