New Grad, Entry LevelAmeriCorps is seeking a VISTA member to strengthen the organization’s capacity to engage community partners and enhance program visibility. The VISTA will develop and implement strategic partnership and outreach plans, create communication materials, and maintain a centralized database to track community engagement and recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities
The VISTA will build ACE’s long-term capacity by developing strategic partnership, outreach, and recruitment systems that strengthen community engagement and expand access to education and workforce opportunities
The member will create and implement partnership and outreach plans, design communication materials, and maintain a centralized database to track partners, volunteers, interns, and prospective candidates
They will enhance ACE’s digital presence by developing a consistent outreach schedule, newsletters, and print and digital materials, while evaluating engagement data to improve communication strategies
The VISTA will also design and maintain a recruitment database, develop standardized data procedures, and train staff to ensure sustainability
Through these efforts, the member will help ACE increase visibility, expand collaborative relationships, and improve pathways that support long-term economic mobility for youth and families
Qualification
Required
Develop and implement strategic partnership and outreach plans
Build sustainable relationships with community organizations, employers, and educational institutions
Promote ACE's programs, volunteer opportunities, and workforce initiatives
Create and maintain a centralized partnership and recruitment database
Ensure accurate data management and streamlined communication
Enhance ACE's digital and print outreach
Develop newsletters, social media content, flyers, and informational materials
Establish consistent communication schedules
Evaluate engagement data to improve outreach effectiveness
Assess recruitment and data management processes
Develop standardized procedures
Train staff and key stakeholders on database use and best practices
Help ACE expand access to education and workforce development opportunities
Strengthen community relationships
Build sustainable systems that support youth and families in achieving economic mobility and long-term self-sufficiency
