Tully Hill Treatment and Recovery is dedicated to helping patients and families live sober, productive lives. They are seeking a Director of Quality Improvement to oversee finance and support functions, manage insurance account receivables, and provide leadership within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
Assume responsibility for Tully Hill’s finance and support functions including payroll processing
Oversee the management of patients’ private insurance account receivables to ensure timely filing and collection of claims
Coordinate current information on Tully Hill’s fiscal operations including financial statements, budgets and implementation, case forecasts, contractual obligations and reimbursement issues
Provide leadership
Cultivate a team environment among direct reports and peers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business/accounting or related field or equivalent education/experience
Must have the capacity to provide leadership
Must possess creative problem solving ability
Ability to cultivate a team environment among direct reports and peers
Professional, team oriented individual with the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills
Strong organizational, analytical and financial skills
Preferred
CPA a plus
5+ years experience preferably in a healthcare setting
