This opportunity provides hands-on experience in the hospitality industry while allowing interns to immerse themselves in the daily operations of a luxury resort.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional guest services, including warm welcomes, addressing inquiries, and ensuring guest needs are met
Support front desk staff with check-in/check-out, reservations management, and guest requests
Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas, upholding resort standards
Assist in food and beverage operations, including serving, order-taking, and creating seamless dining experiences
Work alongside various departments to ensure efficient operations across the property
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship activities designed to enhance skills and industry knowledge
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment rooted in Southern hospitality
Qualification
Required
Current college students pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Pastry, Events, Recreation, or Beverage (must be 21 or older)
Individuals with a passion for guest service, learning, and teamwork
