Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers who are stranded and need roadside assistance for rental vehicles
Assess each situation to determine the best solution, such as arranging for towing, dispatching roadside assistance, or providing other necessary support
Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely assistance to the customer
Ensure that customers receive the required help and follow up to guarantee their safety and satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and services provided
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to provide patient, empathetic, and effective customer service
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers during stressful situations
Availability to all shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
At least 1 year of customer service experience in a single role
High School Diploma or GED
Must pass a background screening
Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
Candidates must pass onsite assessments with a score above 80% prior to interviewing
