Commercial Lines Assistant
Leavitt Group is a trusted partner in the insurance industry known for exceptional service. They are seeking a proactive Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager to support Account Managers in servicing commercial insurance accounts and ensuring clients receive top-tier service.
Responsibilities
Partner with Account Managers to service and support commercial insurance accounts
Prepare proposals, renewals, certificates of insurance, and other client deliverables
Process endorsements, policy changes, and required documentation
Communicate with clients, underwriters, and carriers to gather information and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
Assist with daily administrative tasks to support account service workflows
Qualification
Required
Current Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Clear, professional verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
Preferred
At least 1 year of insurance office experience preferred (commercial lines experience a plus)
