Must be licensed or ready to become licensed to practice law in the state in which they practice
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years of general commercial real estate transactional experience
Proficient understanding of managing deals and leading diligence review
Concentrated practice experience in one or more of the following areas: (1) purchase and sale, (2) retail, office and/or industrial leasing, and (3) real estate lending work (lender or borrower-side)
Immediate transferable skills required
Organized and detail oriented
Strong academic background
Excellent communication and writing skills
Must be licensed or ready to become licensed to practice law in the state in which they practice
JD from an ABA Accredited Law School
Candidate must reside in the Miami or New York City areas at or prior to the time of hire
Expect the candidate to work in the office at least three business days per week
