Global Account Manager, Healthcare and Life Sciences

This role is responsible for building relationships with key executives in the Life Sciences segment, advising on AWS solutions, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Grow the AWS footprint by building and maintaining relationships with customers
Advise customers on AWS cloud solutions and grow AWS usage across a defined set of customers
Develop innovative programs and expand platform adoption to new business units
Engage with C-suite customers across Life Sciences organizations to deepen relationships
Work closely with strategic industry partners and attend industry events to drive thought leadership
Lead the process to guide the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and create significant business opportunities for AWS
Collaborate with AWS sales leadership to engage healthcare organizations and drive strategic interactions with clients
Work closely with AWS product and services teams to help evolve AWS offerings for rapid adoption by customers
Think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges and convey compelling value propositions
Lead and drive multiple complex initiatives across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualification

Required

7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience

Preferred

5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
Experience developing detailed go to market plans
